GTO Wizard is pleased to introduce the GTO Wizard Triton Jeju 2026 Giveaways (the "Giveaways"). The Giveaways are operated and sponsored by the business entity amagama s.r.o., with registered office at Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, ID No.: 01598341, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 209011 (the "Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaways are open to legal residents of any country who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such individuals, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaways. By entering the Giveaways, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GIVEAWAYS PERIOD

Two giveaways will be held during the Triton Series Jeju 2026, from Mar 14, 2026 (inclusive) to Apr 1, 2026 (inclusive). All dates and times are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The eligibility period for each giveaway varies. For specific dates and details, please refer to the "Giveaway Descriptions" section.

ENTRY

To enter a giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided on one of the following GTO Wizard social media channels:

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE

The winner selection process and prizes vary for each giveaway. For specific details, see the "Giveaways Descriptions" section. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries across social media channels. Only participants with relevant answers will be included in the Winner Selection process.

GIVEAWAYS DESCRIPTIONS

This section describes the entry conditions, winner selection process, and prizes for each giveaway.

Giveaway 1 – Guess the Main Event Winner

Period – March 16, 2026 (inclusive) to March 23, 2026 (inclusive)

Entry – To enter, participants must comment on one of the social media posts describing this giveaway. In the comment, participants should name or tag a player they believe will win the NLH Triton Main Event. Only the participant's first comment will be considered.

Winner Selection – Two winners will be chosen at random from the participants who guessed correctly. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours after the conclusion of the NLH Triton Main Event to provide their GTO Wizard login information.

Prize – Each winner will receive a 6 months Ultra Tier Subscription to the GTO Wizard service. The subscription will be activated within 72 hours after receiving the winner's account login information.

Giveaway 2 – Like, Follow and Comment your biggest leak/struggle

Period – March 19, 2026 (inclusive) to March 23, 2026 (inclusive)

Entry – To enter, participants must follow @GTOWizard on Instagram or X, like the post related to this giveaway, and comment their biggest leak or struggle in poker. The post will be published on March 19, 2026 on both platforms.

Winner Selection – Ten winners will be selected from all eligible entries on March 24, 2026. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of selection to provide their GTO Wizard login information.

Prize – Each winner will receive a 1-month Premium Tier Subscription to the GTO Wizard service. The subscription will be activated within 72 hours after receiving the winner's account login information.

PRIVACY

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the Sponsor's use of their personal information as described in the Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found at https://gtowizard.com/information-on-processing-of-personal-data/.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

The Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE DISCLAIMERS

As a condition of participating in the Giveaways, you agree and acknowledge that social networking sites used to promote the Giveaways (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) as well as their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated entities (collectively, the "Social Media Group") are not sponsors of the Giveaways, do not endorse or administer the Giveaways, and are not in any way associated with the Giveaways. All questions regarding the Giveaways must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Group. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Giveaways, you shall release the Social Media Group from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaways, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and participants with respect to the Giveaways and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the Sponsor and participants with respect to the Giveaways.
